Sharon Bercuson

Having lived in Calgary all my life, I have truly become passionate about the city I call home.

I started my working career in the hospitality industry. I graduated (with honours) from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology's Hotel & Restaurant Management Program. I loved the industry and worked in a few different restaurants and hotels but soon went looking for a way for my 'better than expected' customer service attitude to make more of an impact.

 

I stumbled into Real Estate after I purchased my first home and had a wonderful experience with an amazing Realtor. She did everything right from a customer service aspect - she truly made me feel as though I was her only client. She certainly gave me 'better than expected' service.  I found the place I could make an impact on others the way she impacted me!! 





And so I began my career in Real Estate joining the Royal LePage team.
 

In my very first year in the business, I was featured in the Calgary Herald 'Office Top 10' list 8 months out of 12 - I guess my 'better than expected' customer service attitude is working for me and I believe it's truly making an impact on my clients!

 

When I'm not working, you can usually find me spending time with all my friends and family.  I am lucky enough to have most of my family right here in Calgary with me!!  Having lived with my husband, Darren, and our French Bulldog Moose in different areas of the city (from the inner community of Bankview, to the suburbs of Copperfield), we truly appreciate everything Calgary has to offer!!  Since Darren has only been in Calgary for 10 years, he still thinks he's on his Canadian adventure, which forces me to really appreciate and continue exploring every day!  (Although, personally,  I can't wait to get back to his hometown for our next Australian advenutre!!) 

 

When we're not out exploring, it may just be because it's simply too cold.  On those days, we'll usually be found keeping up on the local hockey happenings (GO FLAMES GO!) as well as the much shorter but just as exciting Lacrosse season (GO ROUGHNECKS GO!).  During the summer we're doing everything from floating down the river, taking some sailing lessons to keep up with the Bezugley's, or just enjoying good friends, family, food, and wine!!

Currently expecting our first child, we're excited to enter this next stage of life together and experience all that Calgary has to offer for our 'little' person.  Truly thrilled that with our flexible schedules, and a tremendous business partner, we'll be able to continue working AND raising a family!  We couldn't be more excited!
